The question

Write it so there is exactly one yes and one no.

Resolution

This is the part reviewers actually check. Be ruthless about edge cases.

State what resolves YES, what resolves NO, and what voids the market.

One public, checkable source. Not "news reports" or "general consensus".

Must be at least 48 hours out, and before the outcome is known.

Seed liquidity

New markets need someone willing to take the other side. Your seed is locked in the market until it resolves.
